did you see the announcer ask the kid to re-pronounce "negus" a few times...she obviously knew it could have easily been misunderstood for another "n" word...
one of the funny things about these spelling bee competitions are the kids reactions at the end...lol...

LoL..yea i caught that. She was like" can you say it again"..lol..how was so uncomfortable. Yea his face at the end was priceless.....
